Focus on identifying defects, completing production records, dispensing adhesives accurately, and supporting continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Location: On-site at the Lexington Road Billerica facility, 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Salary: $22–$23 per hour.

What you will do

• Assemble and test electro-mechanical devices using hand tools, fixtures, adhesives, and testing equipment.
• Read, follow, and explain detailed assembly and testing procedures.
• Complete quality forms, assembly records, and related paperwork accurately.
• Inspect devices, recognize defects, and follow quality-control standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and engineering during production and testing.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to use small tools in tight spaces.
• Experience with hand tools, torque drivers, UV curing equipment, dispensers, press fixtures, computers, and device-testing systems.
• Ability to complete production paperwork correctly and understand detailed procedures.
• Ability to read and speak English is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, move, bend, reach, stoop, or climb for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds as required.
