What you will do

• Manage corporate collections processes for clients across Latin America, including portfolio follow-up and recovery strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients to handle negotiations, dispute resolution, and payment management.
• Oversee accounts across multiple LATAM countries while ensuring compliance with local tax requirements like VAT and withholdings.
• Utilize ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite alongside Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the team with escalations and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in corporate collections and accounts receivable management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-oriented mindset.
• English proficiency is required.
