What you will do
- Manage lease records, track expirations, and maintain accuracy within LeaseHarbor and LeaseQuery.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Corporate Real Estate Provider, legal counsel, finance, and landlords.
- Support lease renewals, relocations, property decommissioning, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with outside legal counsel to resolve municipal violations and update corporate real estate policies.
- Oversee non-operating facilities to ensure security and maintenance, providing monthly disposition reports.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Location: Must be based in Mason, OH, US.
- Preferred: 1 year of prior paralegal or corporate real estate experience.
