What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end migration of the website to a modern, modular architecture using headless CMS and composable DXP.
• Architect an API-first digital ecosystem integrating with CRM, MAP, CDP, and analytics tools.
• Develop no-code/low-code workflows to enable self-service content publishing for marketing teams.
• Implement AI tools for personalization, dynamic content, and testing automation.
• Manage a robust experimentation program to drive conversions and optimize the buyer journey.
• Own web KPIs including traffic, engagement, SEO/AEO, and technical performance.

Requirements

• Deep experience in web strategy or martech leadership within B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of leading major website re-platforming and digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise with headless CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sanity) and JAMstack ecosystems.
• Experience with testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO) and analytics (GA4, Amplitude).
• Strong technical acumen regarding APIs, CI/CD, and frontend frameworks.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI content tools like Jasper or Writer.
• Knowledge of CDPs such as Segment or mParticle.
• Certifications in analytics or optimization platforms.
