What you will do

• Lead the experimentation strategy and roadmap for PeacockTV.com to maximize business growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, and Decision Sciences to execute go-to-market plans.
• Translate experiment results into actionable insights to influence web strategy.
• Manage and optimize partnerships with experimentation, personalization, and AI tooling vendors.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing team focused on landing page strategy and execution.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in web production, experimentation strategy, or digital strategy.
• 2+ years of experience working with personalization and/or AI tooling.
• Deep expertise in CMS and experimentation platforms like Optimizely.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in Figma for guiding UX and design direction.
• Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
