Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify technical requirements and accelerate sales cycles by demonstrating hirify.global's value across the M365 stack.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demos focused on M365 management, security, and licensing optimization.
  • Partner with sales managers to execute strategic deals involving M365 migration, modernization, and managed service expansion.
  • Map customer pain points to solutions including Copilot readiness, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Develop financial business cases (ROI/TCO) based on licensing efficiency and automation savings.
  • Act as the voice of the partner to product and engineering teams for feature gaps and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales focusing on Microsoft 365.
  • Deep knowledge of M365 platform (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Purview).
  • Strong understanding of M365 licensing models (Business, Enterprise, Frontline).
  • Ability to deliver high-impact technical demos to both administrators and C-suite executives.
  • Understanding of MSP operational models, including PSA/RMM tooling and multi-tenant management.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for M365 and its readiness requirements.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Microsoft certifications: MS-102, MS-500, or MS-700.
