Salary: $169,000 - $269,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Education and Motion Designers to deliver high-quality multimedia learning experiences.
• Own and optimize the hirify.global Learn property to support customer activation and advanced skill development.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Advocacy teams to align education resources with key product launches.
• Establish predictable team rhythms, standardized processes, and measurable outcomes for content delivery.
• Provide timely coaching and feedback to support the growth and performance of the design team.
• Act as a player-coach, contributing directly to content creation during high-velocity shipping cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams in instructional or motion design.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality learning content at scale.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with AI tools and hirify.global.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaborating with go-to-market functions.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience building learning programs specifically for SaaS or design tools.
