What you will do

• Provide L2 operational support for managed file transfer platforms like Axway SecureTransport and Connect:Direct/NDM.
• Review and resolve L1 monitoring alerts and ServiceNow incidents within SLA timelines.
• Execute runbook tasks including service restarts, workflow checks, and certificate renewals.
• Perform incident triage and initial troubleshooting to ensure platform stability.
• Support platform health monitoring and proactively identify potential system issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks to ensure process accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions.
• 1+ years of strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with application monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Must be worked on a W2 basis only; no C2C eligibility.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTTPS, SSH, and SFTP protocols and secure connection validation.
• Knowledge of certificate management and encrypted data transfer workflows.
• Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, port testing, and networking concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
