What you will do

• Deliver an enterprise-class hirify.global software product utilizing the Lustre file system.
• Develop creative solutions for profound data challenges faced by customers.
• Build, lead, and recruit technical teams of Lustre developers from the community.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to define and prioritize feature and solution requirements.
• Present technical concepts and industry updates to senior leadership.
• Author concise technical papers on feature value definitions and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Lustre development experience.
• Recognized expertise within the Lustre community.
• Proven track record in building and leading technical teams.
• Experience commercializing file products from inception to completion.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
