What you will do

• Design and maintain features for hirify.global SHMEM, MPI, and oneCCL libraries.
• Optimize software for low latency, high bandwidth, and maximum reliability.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers on supercomputing projects like Aurora.
• Develop software across multiple levels of the communications stack.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and requirements.
• Contribute to performance optimizations for climate modeling, drug discovery, and AI research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 3+ years of C and C++ programming experience.
• 3+ years of Linux development experience.
• Experience with multithreaded programming.
• Experience in distributed computing, HPC libraries, or GPU software development.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Post-graduate degree in a STEM field.
• Experience developing performance optimizations for communications latency or throughput.
• Advanced debugging skills for complex hardware and software stack issues.
