What you will do

• Monitor customer activity in near-real-time to manage trading exposure in margin and options.
• Process margin calls following Federal Reserve Regulation T and FINRA Rule 4210.
• Execute option expiration processes and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Review daily reporting for exceptions and handle fraud alerts on a daily basis.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within brokerage operations.
• Provide dedicated customer service and handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Series 7 and 63 licenses are required; Series 4 is preferred or must be obtained within three months.
• 3+ years of experience in brokerage operations.
• Experience with FINRA and OCC regulations and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
