EMEA Community Programs (Marketing): Supporting and scaling community-led activities for Campus Leaders, Ambassadors, and Developers across the EMEA region with an accent on program operations and member enablement. Focus on building repeatable playbooks, coordinating global stakeholders, and optimizing community engagement metrics.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland) - 3 days per week in office

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for EMEA communities to remove blockers and ensure smooth program execution.
• Execute recurring nurture motions, including office hours and enablement sessions.
• Facilitate community-led meetups by providing necessary logistics and repeatable playbooks.
• Monitor and report on program health, participation, and satisfaction signals.
• Collaborate with global Community and EMEA teams to align priorities and share best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in community, programs, or operations.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems, automation, and documentation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic metrics and reporting for program evaluation.
• hirify.global power user with the ability to build and teach systems.
• Fluent English; additional EMEA languages (French, German) are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with both online and in-person community initiatives.
• Background in fast-moving SaaS environments or developer and creator communities.
