What you will do

• Develop and scale developer-focused programs including hackathons, Developer Days, technical webinars, and API/SDK workshops.
• Act as the central point of contact within Corporate Marketing to coordinate developer initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Developer Relations, and Partner teams to align program goals with platform strategy.
• Identify and manage partnerships with external developer communities, universities, and open-source organizations.
• Create structured learning journeys and pathways for participants to continue engaging with the Bentley ecosystem.
• Track engagement metrics and gather developer feedback to inform Product and Engineering priorities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in developer programs, DevRel, technical community building, or ecosystem marketing.
• Proven track record of managing technical events like hackathons and build challenges.
• Strong technical acumen regarding APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in program management, moving from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
• Must be based in Ireland.
