What you will do

• Architect the end-to-end ML ecosystem, designing a scalable production environment for models.
• Productionize complex algorithms by building high-performance pipelines in collaboration with Data Scientists.
• Design and maintain online and offline feature stores for instant decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to evolve the data lake and ETL architectures.
• Lead the monitoring and observability strategy for all production models to ensure reliability.
• Shape the technical strategy for data products and event-driven architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML Engineering, including 3+ years focused on data engineering.
• Expertise in AWS ecosystem (Sagemaker, DynamoDB) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Must be based in the USA or Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or streaming technologies like Kafka.
