Salary: $170,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Drive the vision and design for strategic ML solutions across various products and platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design and testing to deployment and operations.
• Architect high-performance, high-scale synchronous and asynchronous microservices.
• Implement real-time online inferencing for complex models using Triton, TensorRT, and mixed precision computing.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish technical direction for the team.
• Ensure technical rigor, system resilience, and scalability through code reviews and process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle.
• 5-10 years of professional Python experience with advanced libraries.
• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
• 3+ years of experience architecting large distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent ML experience.
• Experience with PyTorch, Sagemaker, Triton, and TensorRT.
• Knowledge of NoSQL and document databases.
• Proven track record in big data optimization and system performance tuning.
