TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop a comprehensive AR strategy, including a landscape assessment and engagement playbook, within the first 30 days.
  • Own end-to-end KLAS optimization, coordinating customer outreach and proactive engagement with research teams.
  • Establish and manage quarterly briefing cadences with priority analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, Black Book, and Elion.
  • Act as the internal hub for analyst communications, aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
  • Integrate analyst insights into monthly business reviews to measure impact on pipeline influence and win rates.
  • Build an AR playbook and competitive intelligence dashboard for ongoing internal enablement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of analyst relations experience in enterprise technology or healthcare IT.
  • Existing, active network with healthcare-focused analyst firms (KLAS, Black Book, Gartner/Forrester).
  • Proven success in building or transforming an AR program from the ground up.
  • Experience working with fast-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology vendors.
  • Senior executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-suite leadership.
  • Ability to align stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in Healthcare AI, clinical documentation, or the EHR ecosystem.
  • Experience as an Epic partner or with Epic-focused vendors.
  • Specific experience in KLAS vendor program management.
  • Background in PR, communications, or product marketing.
