What you will do

• Lead the creation and execution of founders' personal brand platforms and social media presence.
• Translate internal milestones, product launches, and customer wins into compelling external narratives.
• Build and maintain content distribution workflows using AI tools to ensure consistent visibility.
• Support earned media efforts including podcasts, panels, op-eds, and speaking opportunities.
• Develop an internal content program to equip team members to share their work publicly.
• Monitor brand mentions, press coverage, and audience growth to report on key communications metrics.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English proficiency with cultural fluency for the US tech audience.
• Proven track record as a strong writer, specifically in ghost-writing for executives or founders.
• Experience telling the story of a company, product, or movement in technology or B2B software.
• Deep immersion in independent media landscapes like Substack, podcasts, and influencer networks.
• AI-first mindset with practical experience integrating AI into content workflows.
• Ability to operate effectively in areas of genuine uncertainty with a bias toward action.
