What you will do

  • Provide professional hospitality to residents and hotel guests, handling registrations and special requests.
  • Resolve complaints and answer inquiries regarding services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Manage building access for vendors and contractors, and handle mail and package logs.
  • Partner with the Leasing Team to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewal activities.
  • Maintain communal areas and collaborate with the community engagement team on marketing initiatives for building events.
  • Perform administrative tasks including report preparation and document organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Experience in residential services or hospitality within a luxury environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral) is required.
  • Spanish language skills are strongly preferred.
  • Computer literacy and ability to multitask in a high-speed environment.
  • Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
