What you will do

• Own the entire content execution process from idea and editing to publishing and performance tracking.
• Maintain consistent visibility for the client across all major social platforms to ensure a gap-less brand presence.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form clips and social media posts.
• Manage content distribution and optimization to drive growth and momentum online.
• Produce on-brand graphics, captions, and thumbnails using design and AI tools.
• Provide weekly insights and monthly performance reports based on established KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or AI-based editors.
• Ability to write high-converting hooks and captions in clean, engaging English.
• Experience with Canva, YouTube SEO, and content scheduling tools.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor with your own reliable equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Manus.
• Comfort with appearing on camera if required for content.
