What you will do

• Lead the Stores business unit with a focus on sales and operational excellence to ensure a premium omnichannel customer experience.
• Spearhead a fast-paced expansion strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, and store architecture.
• Build and scale partner channels and wholesale business to grow the brand’s external market presence.
• Own the full P&L, utilizing data and analytics to optimize ROI and drive both topline and bottom line growth.
• Hire and lead an ambitious team of approximately 70 people, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in senior retail operations within premium segments.
• Proven track record in scaling retail networks and implementing digital integration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Must be based in Munich and available for travel to various store locations.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate digital-first brands into physical experiences.

• Experience managing Franchise, Wholesale, or Partner Channels in relevant industries.
