What you will do
- Manage a defined book of business focused on named key accounts to maximize retention.
- Collaborate with sales account managers to drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the voice of key customers, working with product teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans and achieve specific account KPIs.
- Build trust-based relationships to position the company as a strategic advisor.
- Stay current on industry trends within the payroll and accounting sector.
Requirements
- Experience in client-facing roles within SaaS environments.
- Proven success in managing and growing strategic client relationships.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to work commercially at board level.
- Knowledge of payroll or accounting-based applications and associated business processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
