What you will do

• Design and manage Kubernetes infrastructure across public and private cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain robust AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Maintain and support Hashicorp Vault and Consul for secrets management and service discovery.
• Create automation scripts and tools using Bash, Python, or Ruby for system provisioning and deployment.
• Monitor system performance metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery by implementing backup and failover mechanisms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, including deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications.
• Extensive knowledge of Hashicorp Vault and Consul.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or Ruby) and IaC tools (Terraform or Ansible).
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in Kubernetes or Hashicorp products.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Knowledge of Docker Swarm, Red Hat OpenShift, or service meshes like Istio.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
