What you will do
- Design and evolve cloud infrastructure architectures for high availability and security.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
- Establish governance standards for infrastructure, observability, and operational practices.
- Implement cloud cost management strategies including rightsizing and auto-scaling.
- Lead incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Mentor engineering teams on DevOps practices and infrastructure standards.
Requirements
- Must be located in LATAM
- 6+ years of experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
- 6+ years of experience with CI/CD tooling (Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins).
- 8+ years of experience with Windows and Linux environments.
- 7+ years of experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- 4+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
