What you will do

• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure architectures for high availability and security.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Establish governance standards for infrastructure, observability, and operational practices.
• Implement cloud cost management strategies including rightsizing and auto-scaling.
• Lead incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Mentor engineering teams on DevOps practices and infrastructure standards.

Requirements

• Must be located in LATAM
• 6+ years of experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
• 6+ years of experience with CI/CD tooling (Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins).
• 8+ years of experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• 7+ years of experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• 4+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
