TL;DR

Senior Platform Engineer (AWS): Building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery environments with an accent on AWS, Terraform, containerization, and automation. Focus on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, improving platform resilience and security, and supporting production systems through operational troubleshooting and on-call activities.

Location: Remote from Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Cyprus, Latvia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, or Uruguay

What you will do

Design, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform.
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
Create and maintain containerized environments with Docker.
Develop automation scripts with Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Support production systems, troubleshoot Linux environments, and participate in on-call activities.

Requirements

Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices.
Hands-on experience with AWS, including VPC, ECS or Fargate, and S3.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or similar tools.
Practical Docker and containerization experience.
Strong scripting skills with Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Experience with Git, version control systems, and Linux environments.

Nice to have

Experience with Chef and other configuration management or automation tools.
Exposure to Windows-based environments.
Experience improving cloud security and supporting production systems.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
