What you will do

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations and dashboards for management reviews.
• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives within sales operations.
• Maintain and update sales databases and automation systems.
• Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and other relevant departments.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Based in the sales office in Munich or Hamburg.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Spotfire or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and operations.
