What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end operational strategy and execution of large-scale, high-complexity events.
• Design scalable operational models, processes, and workflows from scratch (0→1).
• Translate partner needs into actionable plans and mitigate operational risks in ambiguous environments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and local Operations teams to align stakeholders around execution plans.
• Oversee on-the-ground implementation and unblock critical issues to ensure high delivery standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB) or Strategy & Operations roles within high-growth companies.
• Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading projects end-to-end.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Based in or able to work from Chicago.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or large-scale physical operations.
• Exposure to the live events industry.
• Analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL.
