What you will do

• Execute purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage escalations to ensure timely material availability.
• Select and manage suppliers within assigned categories, such as electrical components.
• Monitor material shortages and implement corrective actions to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Maintain and improve SAP master data to ensure accuracy in procurement and planning.
• Develop and analyze reporting on delivery performance, inventory levels, and supplier KPIs.
• Support inventory management and transition into full MRP responsibilities.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP for procurement processes and data maintenance.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning and inventory management.
• Technical knowledge of electronics components and related categories.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Richmond, VA, US.
