What you will do

• Support the sales team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Manage a high volume of customer requests via email and online tools.
• Follow up on overdue inputs to ensure all requests are answered in due time.
• Identify and propose solutions for process inefficiencies.
• Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Enrolled Bachelor/Master student in a technical field, preferably with a basic understanding of electronics.
• Fluent English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Chrome.
• Strong communication, self-organization, and stress resistance skills.
• Must be based in Munich.
