Location: Onsite in Mounds View, Minnesota, USA (minimum 4 days a week onsite)
Salary: $140,800 - $211,200 USD

What you will do
- Plan, direct, and implement the design and development of new medical device products or software systems.
- Oversee the investigation of existing technologies and guide the conceptualization of new methodologies and processes.
- Direct the development of new concepts from initial design through to market release.
- Manage feasibility studies to determine if designs are capable of functioning as intended.
- Coordinate activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 8 years.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Experience leading high-performing teams within fast-paced medical device environments.
- Proven ability to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and navigate regulatory landscapes.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards for medical devices.
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence strategies and outcomes.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring talent.
