What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
- Create and execute partner strategies and territory plans aligned with Microsoft priorities and customer needs.
- Establish a strong rhythm-of-business, including forecasting, QBRs/MBRs, and pipeline reviews.
- Drive co-sell execution through joint account planning, opportunity qualification, and deal shaping.
- Ensure high standards of data quality and inspection for pipeline management within the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to accelerate partner outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven people-leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft commercial solutions and partner-led sales motions.
- Understanding of partner ecosystems (SI, ISV, distribution, and managed services).
- Confidence using data and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Must be based in the UK and able to occasionally visit the Milton Keynes head office.
