What you will do
- Develop strategic stakeholder engagement approaches to strengthen 's presence and influence in the vocational landscape.
- Embed effective ways of working, processes, and tools to improve how the organization plans and learns from engagement.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships across the education, skills, and employment sectors.
- Coordinate events, strategic communications, and partnerships to increase the profile of vocational work.
- Lead the delivery of strategic stakeholder projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategy.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of education and skills policy and its implications for qualifications and assessment.
- Significant experience in stakeholder mapping and developing strategic engagement plans in complex environments.
- Proven ability to develop and embed operational tools for stakeholder management.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and strong facilitation skills.
- Prior experience working within educational or skills-based organizations.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work hybrid from London or Manchester offices.

- Existing professional connections with stakeholders in vocational, skills, or employment sectors.
