What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients focusing on USD sell transactions using diverse lead generation strategies.
  • Consult clients on FX risk management and demonstrate the value of netting solutions via platforms like 360t and FXall.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
  • Collaborate with internal trading, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of FX risk management and netting solutions.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and spoken English.
  • Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in other European languages.
