What you will do

• Supervise and support Financial Analysts, managing task assignment and workload distribution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for finance operational requests from local offices.
• Oversee accounts payable processing, donor invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.
• Review and upload grant and program budgets into financial systems to ensure coding accuracy.
• Manage shared services cost allocations to local offices.
• Develop and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and consistency of support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
• Proven experience supervising staff or coordinating team workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Must be located within commuting distance of an IRC local office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting grant or project-based financial management.
• Experience working in nonprofit organizations and/or donor-funded environments.
