Location: Hybrid (Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania). 2 days in the office are recommended but not enforced.

Salary: €2,583 - €3,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Design automated workflows for surveys, including data processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Integrate research tools with internal company systems and implement in-product feedback triggered by user actions.
• Develop quality assurance frameworks to ensure research data integrity, fraud detection, and statistical robustness.
• Identify bottlenecks in research processes and tooling to implement technical improvements.
• Build and maintain a research knowledge base, including question banks and script templates.
• Collaborate with Data Science specialists to optimize user segmentation and research extraction.

Requirements

• Experience in Quantitative Research, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Operations.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Dynata, Alchemy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Understanding of API integrations and quantitative research best practices (sampling, methodologies).
• Strong project management abilities and a hands-on, can-do mindset.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania.
