What you will do

• Manage and resolve reported trading data issues through end-to-end incident ownership.
• Investigate root causes of data flow issues using Linux and data management tools.
• Coordinate with global teams to deploy bug fixes and platform improvements.
• Drive service improvement initiatives to reduce recurring data issues.
• Analyze and optimize existing data flows to support platform scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analyst, data operations, or technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments and data troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication skills for working with international teams.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check in the Republic of Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with market data or financial messaging protocols like FIX.
• Prior experience in trading, capital markets, or regulated financial environments.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across time zones.
