What you will do

• Edit and polish high-converting short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Transform raw footage and UGC into diverse ad variations by testing different hooks and CTAs.
• Analyze CTR, CPA, and ROAS metrics to refine visual strategies and hooks.
• Implement modern AI tools and automated workflows to boost creative experimentation and speed.
• Research social media trends and viral UGC formats to keep video output competitive.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of professional experience in video editing for social media ads or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of short-form ad dynamics and viewer retention strategies.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with remote and local teams.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain to support the 4-day onsite requirement.
