What you will do

• Conduct deep ad research using tools like Facebook Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center.
• Engineer high-converting static and video ads from raw footage, UGC, and AI assets.
• Analyze creative performance metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA) to diagnose and fix underperforming ads.
• Design scroll-stopping visual and auditory hooks for the first 3 seconds of every ad.
• Rapidly iterate on winning ads by testing new hooks, CTAs, and pacing variations.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to launch high volumes of data-driven creatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in direct-response video ad creation and ecommerce marketing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut desktop.
• Elite data fluency using Motion or similar creative analytics tools.
• Must have a professional, multi-monitor workstation for complex editing and analytics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing fast-paced, direct-response social media ads (cinematic or non-DTC portfolios will not be considered).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI audio/video tools (e.g., ElevenLabs).
• Background in 8-figure+ DTC health/wellness brands.
