What you will do

• Own the end-to-end transaction risk roadmap, including strategy, delivery, and performance.
• Drive the iterative tuning loop for fraud detection rules, signals, and machine learning models.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure all payment flows emit measurable signals.
• Implement and maintain AML-CFT and sanctions rules while optimizing for precision.
• Manage external transaction monitoring tools and providers to ensure optimal UX and acceptance rates.
• Translate complex risk scores into actionable product decisions and ensure full auditability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Experience with data-intensive or machine learning-powered products, ideally in risk or fraud strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL or data tooling.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under regulatory constraints.
• Highly autonomous with a passion for leveraging AI in product development.
