What you will do

• Drive design direction and lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Create polished interaction and visual designs for complex financial workflows and edge cases.

• Utilize research and behavioral data to inform design decisions and support experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to ensure technical feasibility and clean implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and model strong craft practices to elevate team quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong interaction design skills and high-level visual craft.
• Experience owning and delivering complex end-to-end initiatives.
• Ability to work with research and metrics to drive design outcomes.
• A portfolio demonstrating both problem-solving depth and polished execution.
• Must be based in Mountain View, New York, or San Francisco.
