What you will do

• Identify and capture new business opportunities in life sciences, semiconductor, mining, and heavy industry.
• Lead global strategic planning for Industrial Water clients to expand work volume and deep relationships.
• Collaborate with internal solution groups (Treatment, Environmental, Civil Works) to create integrated service offerings.
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for the Project Management Team.
• Track industrial water market trends and identify new growth services and geographical markets.
• Manage project teams and oversee the flawless execution of high-purity manufacturing water projects.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in Industrial Water.
• Proven experience supporting semiconductor or pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in high-purity environments.
• Expertise across life sciences, semiconductors, mining, oil & gas, and heavy industry.
• Experience in a client-facing business development role or professional services procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
