What you will do
- Architect the commercial data foundation and define KPI logic for Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Deal Desk teams.
- Develop diagnostic frameworks to measure the full GTM funnel and integrate portfolio strategy with deal-level economics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting layers (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) to provide visibility into pipeline and customer performance.
- Implement predictive forecasting, trend analysis, and AI-assisted decision models to shift the organization toward proactive insights.
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure scalable and reliable data models on GCP.
- Influence strategic commercial decisions by translating ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Strong SQL experience and proficiency in handling large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Must be based in the US to be eligible for benefits and hybrid work in New York.
Nice to have
- Experience with forecasting, experimentation, or basic predictive modeling.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and interest in applying them to commercial analytics.
- Industry experience in logistics, freight, marketplaces, or supply chain.
- Experience supporting Sales, Pricing, RevOps, or Customer Success teams.
