Regional Marketing Director, APAC (Gaming)

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and manage daily marketing activities across APAC.
• Create and maintain short- and long-range New Product Introduction marketing plans aligned with sales and revenue objectives.
• Coordinate workflows, priorities, and campaign assets with regional headquarters and global support teams.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, track program performance, and maximize return on investment.
• Build strategic relationships with retail, distributor, channel, agency, and external business partners.
• Plan regional industry and store events, monitor market trends, and lead initiatives to increase market share in core categories.

Requirements

• Approximately 15 or more years of marketing experience, preferably in gaming, technology, or retail.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of gamer mindsets, the gaming industry, and consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of marketing trends, terminology, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work with a multinational team.

Nice to have

• Understanding of esports.
• Experience with essential AI work tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
