What you will do

• Lead on-site technical challenges and manage the deployment, installation, and calibration of weather systems including radar and stations.
• Ensure technical readiness and uptime before, during, and after global events.
• Manage field logistics, including equipment transport, setup coordination, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and meteorology teams to define configurations and resolve customer projects.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical point of contact and document solution designs.
• Represent the company in the field with technical excellence and professionalism.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or B2B customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with weather stations, radars, or environmental monitoring equipment.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 70% of the year.
• Valid international driver’s license and reliable access to a major international airport.
• Physical ability to lift 40+ lbs, assemble hardware, and work at heights in varying weather conditions.
