What you will do

  • Develop and evolve a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and talent priorities.
  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation programs, including base salary structures, merit cycles, variable pay, and executive compensation.
  • Manage health and welfare benefit strategies, balancing employee experience with cost-effectiveness and vendor optimization.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Lead total rewards due diligence for mergers and acquisitions to ensure successful integration of compensation and benefits.
  • Execute a communication strategy to enhance transparency and employee engagement regarding rewards programs.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in total rewards, specifically covering compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience, preferably within complex or multi-division organizations.
  • Deep expertise in salary structures, incentive design, and executive compensation.
  • Strong knowledge of US regulatory requirements including FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and PPACA.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments is preferred.
