What you will do

• Own and drive the full lifecycle of international event projects from concept development to post-event analysis.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions and high-level networking events.
• Coordinate booth setup and provide on-site management during events.
• Develop, manage, and optimize event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event initiatives with broader business and marketing goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in event management.
• Proven track record of delivering international exhibitions, conferences, and hybrid formats.
• Industry experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, digital, or tech environments.
• Strong project management capabilities and experience managing budgets.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) required.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with key industry events such as ICE, SiGMA, or iGB.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets in international or fast-growing companies.
• Understanding of the affiliate marketing and iGaming industry.
• Knowledge of graphic design programs.
