What you will do
- Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, specifically within CX and telecom domains.
- Oversee both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs in collaboration with Finance teams.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on project management experience in CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects from initiation through closure.
- Strong proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
- Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, and multi-party technical cutovers.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed team environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in ISP, UCaaS, or wholesale voice environments.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
