What you will do

• Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, specifically within CX and telecom domains.
• Oversee both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs in collaboration with Finance teams.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on project management experience in CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects from initiation through closure.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
• Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, and multi-party technical cutovers.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed team environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in ISP, UCaaS, or wholesale voice environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
