Senior Project Manager (Energy Storage)

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Alpharetta, GA or Houston, TX. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Manage and direct the execution of complex EPC projects for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Lead a cross-functional project team including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
• Perform project planning and communicate initial plans and subsequent changes to customers and suppliers.
• Optimize the financial performance of projects while maintaining high customer and team satisfaction.
• Support the sales organization in the acquisition of future projects and proactively share lessons learned.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant project management experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager for complex EPC or Industrial projects (e.g., power, oil & gas, nuclear).
• Technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US throughout employment without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to suppliers, client sites, and installations.

Nice to have

• Experience and knowledge of Battery Energy Storage (BESS).
• Experience with Power Plants and/or substations.
• PMP certification.
