What you will do
- Manage client relationships as a primary point of contact, conducting regular visits and handling escalations.
- Support the onboarding of U.S. accounts and coordinate with external banks not integrated into the Banking Hub.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to conduct research and complete questionnaires during the pitch stage.
- Oversee banking platforms by conducting annual reviews of signer authorities and approval thresholds.
- Maintain accurate client data, triggers, and credit rating issues within Salesforce.
- Partner with IT Security and Bank Clarity to implement platform updates and refine the Banking Matrix.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, relationship management, or client service roles.
- Strong understanding of banking platforms, onboarding processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of payment processes, controls, and banking operations workflows.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Radnor, USA.
