What you will do

• Collaborate with custodians and financial institutions to process client transactions and resolve account discrepancies.
• Prepare and review account documentation including transfers, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates.
• Maintain accurate client data and profiles within the CRM system.
• Assist financial advisors in preparing performance reports and meeting materials.
• Ensure all operations remain compliant with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Handle incoming client inquiries and provide administrative support to the wealth management team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Melville, NY
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management operations.
• Solid understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial and personnel data.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a changing business environment.

Nice to have
