What you will do
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, including account setup and documentation collection.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate review meetings.
- Collaborate with custodians and brokerage firms to process client transactions and account activities.
- Maintain accurate client data and interactions within the CRM system.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide administrative support to the wealth management team to enhance service efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Franklin, TN
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management service business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Raymond James platforms.
- Experience with Orion, Salesforce, and industry-specific financial technology.
- Experience using AI tools in a professional setting.
